What are your room rates?
Price is per room, per night (not the total for all rooms of that type):
- 1st floor — Couple Room (up to 2 guests): ₱2,500 per room · 1 room available
- 1st floor — Family Room (up to 5 guests): ₱3,500 per room · 3 rooms available
- 2nd floor — Family Room (up to 7 guests): ₱4,000 per room · 4 rooms available
- 3rd floor — Big Group Room (up to 15 guests): ₱9,000 per room · 2 rooms available (1 has a balcony)
- Kubo Room (up to 5 guests): ₱3,500 per room · 1 room available (no private CR)
All rooms are air-conditioned and include a free cottage. Parking is in front of your room.
What room types do you have?
We have a 3-floor beachfront building plus one kubo: couple, family (4 and 6 pax), big group (15 pax), and kubo (4 pax).

Is a cottage included?
Yes — every room booking includes a free cottage. Great for meals, hanging out, and shade near the beach.
Do rooms have private CR and air-conditioning?
All rooms are air-conditioned, including the kubo. All rooms have a private CR except the kubo.
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is in front of your room — easy for loading bags and for families with kids.

How do I book?
Check available dates on the home page calendar (green = available, amber = limited availability, red = fully booked). Then use Message to book on a room, or message us on Facebook.
How do I talk to a live agent?
Use the chat button (bottom right). Tap Live agent. If an agent is online, you will share your name and what you need, then chat on the website. If no agent is online, you can message us on Facebook instead.
